I train to be strong and powerful. I race outrigger canoes in Hawaii. You will find me in Seat 4 - the power seat, the engine of the canoe. 

I train with Jeff Pepper.  I do dead lifts, squats, overhead presses and medicine ball throws. Jeff works on large muscle groups to build the power I need when I am out in the ocean.  

Jeff knows how to develop bodies and knows where I can improve to achieve the results I need. 

Working with Jeff, I have become stronger and I am  still improving. Jeff understands how nutrition impacts your progress.

Today, my maximum dead lift is 185 lbs. My maximum squat is 300 lbs. 

I am a 56 year old woman still making gains with Jeff Pepper.
