race outrigger canoes in
I train with Jeff Pepper. I do
dead lifts, squats, overhead presses and medicine ball throws. Jeff works on
large muscle groups to build the power I need when I am out in the ocean.
Jeff knows how to develop bodies and knows where I can improve to achieve the
results I need.
Working
with Jeff, I have become stronger and I am still improving. Jeff
understands how nutrition impacts your progress.
