The common thread that runs through Jeff's life is athletics, fitness, health and competitiveness.

Jeff grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Social Science in May 2003 from Florida State University. While at Florida State University, Jeff coached    special needs children in athletics.

Jeff currently resides in Dallas, Texas.
